Alleima acquires Endox, a specialized manufacturer of medical components. Alleima has signed an agreement to acquire Endox Feinwerktechnik GmbH & Endox Polska Sp. z o.o. (“Endox”), a Germany-based manufacturer specializing in medical components for endoscopic applications.
